The Board of Directors have tasked the Business Development Team with the strategic planning of the different divisions.  The Business Development Team is comprised of the following individuals:

Keith Berglund, President of Operations, has been in the Social Services field for over ten years.  He has been integral in the development of programs from their inception through successful implementation and operations.  His most recent position before joining NCARE was as the Regional Director of Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company.  Mr. Berglund earned his Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

Kevin Robertson, Director of Business Development, has more than 20 years of marketing, business development and operations management experience.  Prior to joining NCARE, he was the Regional Marketing and Business Director for a large non-public school system in California.  Mr. Robertson earned his Baccalaureate Degree History and Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from National University. 

Dr. Randy Cima, Executive Director, has more than 25 years of experience working in the behavioral health field.  His varied experience includes child advocacy, clinic direction, program implementation and non-public school design.  Before coming to NCARE, Dr. Cima worked as the president for a 96 bed residential facility for at risk youth.  He has several articles that have been published and is an avid researcher and writer.  Dr. Cima earned his Baccalaureate Degree in Sociology from  the University of Riverside, his Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University in Fullerton and his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Sierra University.
